1.    DELIVERY:

How can I know the price of my shipping fees?Depending on your location; we strive to provide the lowest fees for your online shopping experience. For more details please view our SHIPPING CHART.

Can I pick up my purchases in-stores instead of shipping to my location? Once your order is placed online; it will be sent to your billing address by default, if you wish for it to be sent to the store you must first CONTACT US prior to placing your order online.

How can I track my orders?  Everyone who makes a purchase from our online website requires an account. Having all our customers registered in our database permits us to automatically send an email corresponding to their purchase order. Enclosed in this email will be a tracking number to be constantly aware of all logistics pertaining to purchase. This is to ensure safe arrival and item discrepancies affecting your order.

2.    RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELATIONS:

How do I return online orders?  Online orders can be returned online or at the in-store location with proof of purchase followed by confirmation information. For more details please review the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY.

Can an online purchase be returned/exchanged in-store? Yes! Due to our high customer satisfaction policy; we created a stress-free service to all customers that desire to exchange or return their products.  

How do I return an item using a gift receipt? On every receipt you will find a transaction number attached. Using this transaction number we will be able to track all necessary information pertaining to the purchase. This will assist in making any necessary exchanges/ returns you wish to make.

How do I cancel or modify my order? You can only cancel or modify your order if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP in the case of a cancelation or modification of the order. If the order has been shipped already, then you will have to return the item(s) by mail or at the store. Please read our shipping and return policy for more information about returns.

What products are not refundable? Although we provide a great return policy and we strongly advise customers to read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY..

3.    PRODUCT WARRANTIES:

How can I know which products have warranties? Attached to every product you will notice a description category where you will find all the necessary information pertaining to product guarantees. All products with guarantees or limited warranties will also be enclosed in the package with the product on arrival of purchase.

Do I return defective products to manufacturer? Most manufactures will specify their concerns in their manual booklets. If changes were to be made you will be advised prior to purchase via email.

Is my product warranty still valid with my online purchase? Yes, any product that includes a guarantee will be honoured with every purchase whether it to be online or through in-stores purchases.

4.    PAYMENT METHODS:

Which payment methods are accepted? We proudly accept Kitchen's Choice gift cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS as method of payments. We also offer an ACCORD D with Desjardin (offer only valid in store)**

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order? No, only 1 payment method can be used when you access the checkout process.

Can I pay using a gift card purchased in-store? Yes, located on the back of every gift card is a serial number that can be entered during the online check-out process.

How do I obtain a gift receipt? Once your purchase has been made, you can easily select the option of printing a gift receipt for the items you wish to obtain.

5.    GIFT CARDS:

Can I purchase a gift card online? ? Yes, we have provided you the options of buying online gift cards of various amounts. This gift card can be then used online for other purchases or even at our in-store location.

Can I reload a gift card online? Once you obtain the serial number of your gift card you can always add and modify these requests online

How do I pay using a gift card? Once you reach the checkout tab and you are ready to make your payment, you will be given the option of using a gift card.

How do I check the balance on my card? If you wish to review your balance just simply click the MY ACCOUNT tab located at the top of the page. In this folder you will then be able to click on your gift card to obtain your balance.

6.    PRODUCT INQUIRIES:

How can I find a product I recently saw in-store?  On every item we carry you will find an associated item number which usually begins with a "KC". You can then enter this code on the search located the top of our home page. If ever there was a concern about these numbers you can CONTACT US to ensure you have correctly selected the appropriate information to find the item(s) online.

Am I able to find similar products related to my search? Yes! Every time you click on an item you wish to view, a tab will appear on the side indicating all related products. This can make searching a lot faster providing a hassle free online shopping experience.

If a product is out of stock, can I be notified when it's restocked? Yes! You can add the desired product to your wish list and sign up to our newsletter to receive notifications in relation with the product and the store in general.

Who should I contact for product information? Our live chat is offered to anyone online who requires immediate response to any particular question. Another option we provide would be to contact us at our store or even send us a quick email in regards to your concerns. For out contact information refer to our CONTACT US page.

7.    SHOPPING ONLINE:

How do I retrieve my receipt from an online purchase? At Kitchen's Choice we strive to make your experience as convenient as possible. After the purchase, you will automatically receive an email including a printable copy of your order.

Can I get a gift receipt made for purchase? Yes, the option of obtaining a gift receipt is available with every purchase. It will be sent via email to you; where a printable copy is provided for in-store purposes.

How do I enter a promo code? Every customer has the option of entering promotional codes before checking out with desired purchases.

What is a wish list, and how does it work? A wish list is where you can save the page or item you like in order to remember your particular choice. This can help you when you're making a GIFT REGISTRY or simply as a reminder for your next purchase order.
