Shipping address:

We ship within Canada and the United-States. The address provided at the time of the order must be valid. The address must be valid and complete, for all locations in Canada and the United-States.

Rates:

Currently, all shipping fees and rates from the table apply to Canada only, with the exception of certain rural areas. For the US, a flat rate will be applied. For any other information, please contact us at info@kitchenschoice.com

Services:

We use courier services such as UPS and FEDEX for express shipment. We also ship with Canada Post. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping services and carriers. We are also not responsible for any extra charges or address errors.

With Canada Post, you can expect about 5 to 10 days for standard service. For UPS and FEDEX, we offer our express delivery, which means you can expect 1 to 2 days.

Availability:

You should be able to see the quantity in stock for each item on our website. If there is no stock for the product, you should be able to see it also. In case of products/items with no stock, we are not responsible for any delays caused by rupture of stock.

Returns

Return Policy:

We want all our customers to be pleased with their purchases therefore if you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully.

To return a product, please fill our return form by clicking here and send us back the form by email at info@kitchenschoice.com. A member of our customer service may contact you by phone or email. If you receive permission/authorization to return the item by Kitchen's Choice, we will email or mail you the necessary return documents/materials. Shipping costs are fully paid for by you and are not the responsibility of Kitchen's Choice unless Kitchen's Choice is in error.

• Defective product: Item is replaced with the same item within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, the manufacturer's warranty will be applied.


• Unused product: A full refund will be given if the product is returned within 15 days from date of purchase.


• Certain conditions apply: No refunds on used or liquidated items, unless defective. Due to the nature of business, we cannot accept any product for return if it has been used, unless defective, at which time it will be exchanged for the same product.


• Return procedures:
  1. Pack the items securely in the original package
  2. Enclose a copy the documentation which accompanied your order
  3. All products must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
